“The kratom community is understandably incredibly concerned by the latest actions of the FDA to use US Marshalls to seize millions of kratom products and start to throttle the availability of kratom products.
Part of the push back against this governmental overreach will be in public discourse and part will be in the courts. So the AKA has created a petition for all to sign and share so we can once again show the FDA the kratom community will not be rolled over. All you have to do is add your name to say you’re against FDA overreach and attacks.”
